Refund Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for choosing voipbazar.com. This Refund Policy explains when payments for voipbazar virtual numbers and OTP numbers are, and are not, refundable. Please read it together with our Terms of Service.

2. Virtual numbers — when refunds are not provided

We do not provide a refund where:

• You cancel a Service before the end of a paid period at your own discretion, regardless of any technical issue.
• You deactivate or delete a paid Service while unused funds remain on your balance.
• Verification issue: we require identity documents to activate a number, but you decline to provide them despite agreeing to this condition at checkout.
• Breach: the Service was used in breach of local law, for fraudulent purposes, or we receive complaints from local providers or law enforcement.
• You disregarded the stated "limitations" of an SMS number; in such cases no cancellation or free replacement is provided.
• Platform compatibility: we provided a number marked "for registration" that functions correctly and receives SMS from most services, but not from one specific service. In this case our obligation is considered fulfilled.
• Caller ID could not be provided for technical reasons — the cost of that feature is not refunded.
• You changed your mind after placing an order, or topped up your balance by mistake.
• Any other case where you misunderstood how our Services work.
• Some platforms enforce their own restrictions that may prevent them from receiving SMS from certain numbers or operators.
• If you successfully create an account using a number provided by our Service, and that account is later blocked, restricted or deleted by a third-party online platform, no refund or free number replacement is provided. Such actions are determined solely by that platform's own policy and by your own use of the account — factors outside our control and responsibility. Our Service is limited to providing phone numbers and ensuring they work correctly for receiving messages. We do not guarantee successful registration, continued use, or the safety of accounts on third-party platforms.

3. Virtual numbers — when we provide a full refund

We guarantee a full refund to your personal account balance where:

• A rented number was inactive for more than 24 hours through our fault — we compensate for the downtime from the moment you contact support.
• A number was disconnected or blocked by the local operator for reasons unrelated to your actions.
• We are unable to provide a paid number for reasons within our control.

4. Virtual numbers — payment details

• Refunds to your personal account balance are processed within 1–5 working days.
• A refund directly to your original payment method is available only on personal request.
• All refund requests must be sent to [email protected]. Requests are processed by our billing team within 2 working days of receipt.
• Your request must include: the name of the Service, the amount, the reason for the refund, and your payment details. A request missing this information will not be considered.

5. OTP numbers

No refund is provided where the verification code or SMS text is shown in your order history — in this case our obligation is considered fulfilled. Any further questions about an account registered using that number are outside our responsibility.

Automatic balance credit: if no SMS was received at all and your inbox for that order is empty, the refund is credited to your balance automatically, within 15–20 minutes — no support request is required.

OTP numbers are a fully automated service. Please follow the checkout instructions carefully to avoid issues. If an OTP SMS was not received and the automatic credit above does not apply, contact [email protected] to request a review; all fields of the request must be completed for it to be considered. Requests are reviewed within 5 working days.

6. How to request a refund

Contact [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue. We review each request against this Policy and our Terms of Service and confirm the outcome to you. Approved refunds are credited to your personal account balance.

7. Language

This Policy is published in English and Arabic. The Arabic version is provided for convenience; in the event of any inconsistency or difference in interpretation between the two, the English version prevails.
