Thank you for choosing voipbazar.com. This Refund Policy explains when payments for voipbazar virtual and disposable numbers are, and are not, refundable. Please read it together with our Terms of Service.
2. When refunds are not provided
We do not provide a refund where:
- You cancel a Service before the end of a paid period at your own discretion, for reasons unrelated to a technical fault.
- You deactivate or delete a paid Service while unused funds remain on your balance.
- You decline to provide the identity documents required to activate a number after agreeing to this condition at checkout.
- The Service was used in breach of local law or our Terms, for fraudulent activity, or where we receive complaints from operators or authorities.
- You disregarded the stated limitations of an SMS or "for registration" number.
- A "for registration" number functions correctly and receives SMS from most services but not from one specific service — our obligation is considered fulfilled.
- Caller ID could not be provided for technical reasons.
- You changed your mind after placing an order, or topped up your balance by mistake, or misunderstood how the Services work.
- A third-party platform later blocks, restricts or deletes an account you created using our number — this is determined by that platform and is beyond our control.
3. When we provide a full refund
We refund the amount to your voipbazar account balance where:
- A rented number was unavailable for more than 24 hours due to our fault — compensation runs from the moment you contact support.
- A number was disconnected or blocked by the local operator for reasons unrelated to your actions.
- We are unable to provide a number you have paid for.
4. How to request a refund
Contact [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue. We review each request against this Policy and our Terms of Service and confirm the outcome to you. Approved refunds are credited to your personal account balance.
