1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of voipbazar.com and the virtual phone numbers and related communication services we provide (the "Services"). They form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and the company operating voipbazar.com (the “Company”, “we”, “us”), with a registered office at Office 412, Business Avenue Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Quoz 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By creating an account, purchasing a number, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. We use email as our primary communication channel, and you agree to receive service notifications from us electronically.

2. The Services

voipbazar provides virtual phone numbers for the MENA region on a rental basis, together with the processing of inbound voice calls and SMS and other related communication features. Numbers are allocated from our available inventory; we do not guarantee any specific number on request.

• We maintain and upgrade the platform and equipment needed to deliver the Services.
• We provide support and guidance for your active numbers through your personal account and our support channel.
• We may replace a number where required by regulation or for technical reasons outside our control, at no additional charge, and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. We are not liable for third-party costs arising from such a replacement.

Virtual numbers are intended for receiving calls and SMS. Outbound calling, where offered, is a separate feature that requires prior approval and may be provided without caller ID.

3. Accounts, eligibility and verification

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
• You agree to provide accurate identity or company-registration documents where they are required to activate a number (KYC).
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account, including use by any third party.
• You may not transfer your account or your rights under these Terms to anyone else without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services lawfully. In particular, you must not use them for fraud, spam, harassment, the distribution of malicious or infringing content, or any illegal activity.

• You confirm that using IP telephony and virtual numbers is lawful in your country, and you accept responsibility for compliance with local law.
• You agree to communicate respectfully with our support team; we may decline abusive or off-topic requests.
• We may suspend or terminate the Services without a refund if you breach these Terms, provide false or incomplete documents, or if we reasonably suspect unlawful use.

5. Service availability and limitations

• We aim to provide a stable, reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• The Services do not provide access to emergency services (such as 911 or 112) and must not be relied upon for emergency calls.
• Some "for registration" SMS numbers function with most platforms but may not receive messages from every service or operator; platform-side restrictions are outside our control.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices shown on this website are indicative. Final rates, billing periods and payment terms are presented at checkout on the purchase portal. Orders, payments and service management are handled through your personal account, and you are responsible for maintaining a sufficient balance to keep your Services active.

We may change our pricing or these Terms where required by law, for security reasons, or due to changes in our business. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of that change.

7. Third-party platforms

Where you use a voipbazar number to register or verify an account on a third-party platform, the ongoing status of that account is governed solely by that platform's policies and your own use of it. We provide functioning numbers that receive messages; we do not guarantee successful registration, continued use, or the safety of any third-party account, as these factors are beyond our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from third-party platforms, network operators, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Company's place of registration, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts there, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under local law.
